Clean Production at Our Fuzhou Base

A closer look at WEIMEI PAPER's 6,000 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom and the quality-control stages supporting paper product manufacturing.

WEIMEI PAPER’s Fuzhou headquarters includes a 6,000 m² Class 100,000 cleanroom and a 2,000 m² R&D and laboratory base. Together, they form part of the facilities used for product development, manufacturing and quality review.

The R&D work covers material selection, formula development, product performance and packaging compatibility. These decisions are connected: changing a material, sheet format or pack can affect how the finished product performs and how it is produced.

Our quality-control process covers five stages: incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, microbiological testing and pre-shipment inspection. Each stage addresses a different part of the order, from the materials entering production to the goods prepared for dispatch.

For buyers reviewing a new product, the important question is how those checks apply to the selected specification. The cleanroom classification describes the facility; the relevant product requirements, inspection scope and supporting documents still need to be agreed for the order.
